Despite English being his only language, he spelled "hammer" wrong TWICE due to his lack of formal education! Yet, he could build a pool complete with a filtration system and turn tomato bushes into 6-foot tall trees!
In honor of his ability to create without a teacher, I dedicated myself to learning multiple new skills throughout my life.
While doodling daydreams in class, I wondered, "How far can this go?" My first purchase of art supplies was $30.63, and I held no expectations other than to keep improving.
So began waking up at 5:00 AM for five years to paint before work despite selling nothing! Yet, I persisted, moving forward one step at a time.
